Reading Rehabilitation

Services for dyslexia and reading lag

A structured program designed to help learners become accurate, fluent readers - step by step, with measurable progress.

Program overview

The Loftier Literacy Reading Program is suited to learners from primary through adult who can pass a Grade 1 decoding baseline. For learners not yet ready, a foundational series can be completed first.

Four core sections
  • Ocular movement & left‑to‑right sequencing
  • Basic decoding
  • Sound recognition
  • Advanced decoding
Delivery options
  • Online lessons via video conferencing
  • In‑office sessions (availability varies)
  • Support for tutors/instructors using the program
Many families look for meaningful grade-level movement - your plan will be tailored to the learner and paced for durable mastery.

Assessment options

Assessments help pinpoint what’s holding reading back and guide lesson focus.

  • Contrast sensitivity screening with coloured overlays (CSS)
  • Word attack (decoding) testing
  • Fluency and comprehension checks
  • Vocabulary review and reading history
  • Optional Dyslexia Determination Testing (DDT) to inform lesson adaptations
If your learner is two grades behind (or more) in word attack, dyslexia may be a factor worth exploring.
